1. They influence the development of a healthy brain
Egg yolks contain an enormous amount of choline, which is essential for the proper functioning of the human brain, especially during the brain development of newborns and fetuses. 2. They protect the bones
Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and is responsible for bone health. A lack of vitamin D, therefore, increases the risk of osteoporosis or other related problems. Vitamin D is found in only a few types of foods, so deficiencies are common. When people are not exposed to direct sunlight, especially in winter, they are deficient. Eggs are a natural source of vitamin D.
