People who have noticed these changes have taken curcumin capsules. You must remember that curcumin is an ingredient that contains only a few percent of turmeric. Curcumin is not very soluble in water, so a low-fat diet may interfere with its slimming properties.

Turmeric infusion for weight loss

If you want to use this natural fat burner, it is worth combining turmeric with ginger, which speeds up your metabolism and increases your body temperature. This will make the fat-burning process more efficient.

  1. Prepare 2 cups of water, 2 teaspoons of ground turmeric, 2 tablespoons of freshly ground ginger root, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 lemon slice.
  2. Pour the water into the pot, add the grated ginger root and bring to a boil.
  3. Strain the liquid, add the turmeric and the lemon slice. Add honey to taste.

Drink turmeric tea for weight loss 30 minutes before each meal. Thanks to this, you will feel full and, therefore, you will eat less.

It is worth drinking turmeric tea with small sips during the day (it also brings relief after eating a big meal) and on an empty stomach.

Turmeric should also be combined with black pepper, which contains piperine – an ingredient through which curcumin is better absorbed. It is worth adding turmeric to your dishes, the spice has many health benefits.

However, remember that the turmeric slimming drink will have no visible effect if you eat unhealthily and forget about physical activity.

Turmeric infusion should not be drunk during pregnancy because curcumin can increase uterine contractions.
