Individual sushi rolls have different calorific values. Usually, 100 g consists of 2-3 rolls.

Nigiri sushi – calories

  • with salmon – 100g of the product contains about 150 kcal,
  • with tuna – depending on the fat of the fish, 100 g of the product can contain 175 kcal,
  • with shrimp – 100g of the product contains about 113 kcal,
  • with octopus – 100g of the product contains about 100 kcal,
  • with crab – 100g of the product contains about 113 kcal,
  • with an omelet – 100g of the product contains about 150 kcal.

Maki sushi – calories

  • with cucumber – 100g of the product contains about 88 kcal,
  • with tuna – 100g of the product contains about 130 kcal,
  • salmon – 100g of the product contains about 110 kcal,
  • California maki – 100g of the product contains about 255 kcal,
  • Philadelphia maki – 100g of the product contains about 320 kcal,
  • futomaki with shrimps – 100g of the product contains about 100 kcal.

Uramaki – calories

Uramaki are rolls that are not wrapped in seaweed, but contain seaweed inside, between the fillings, so they have a calorific value comparable to maki sushi.
