1- Slimming cocktails – how do they work?

You can prepare slimming cocktails based on milk/vegetable drink or water, and fruits and/or vegetables. They are generally low in calories and high in protein. Thanks to the protein, the cocktails are full for a long time and their thick consistency allows you to fill them quickly.

Vegetables and fruit are a source of dietary fiber and increase the feeling of fullness.

Simply replace one of your meals with a cocktail and you can reduce your daily calorie content by up to 500 kcal. The liquid form of the cocktail is also hydrating. Don’t be afraid to experiment with spices, especially fresh herbs, which are a source of natural antioxidants and vitamins.

If you are still hungry, add these ingredients to your weight loss shake to increase your satiety:

  • 1 small banana – a good dose of starch and fiber
  • 1/4 avocado – a serving of healthy, monounsaturated fatty acids,
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter – a combination of protein and unsaturated fatty acids,
  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds – thanks to the high fiber content, they swell and thicken the cocktail,
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts – rich in healthy fats that make you feel full.

Slimming powder cocktails

There are also powdered diet shakes available on the market. All you have to do is add water, milk, kefir, or a herbal drink (formerly herbal milk) to get a healthy meal.

These types of products are not a good solution for a long-term reduction diet, as they do not teach healthy eating habits.

However, a powdered diet shake is a good solution for an emergency meal when you have not had time to plan another dish.

  • 1 cup rice milk,
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • one glass of light soy milk,
  • tablespoon of flax seeds,
  • tablespoon of wheat germ,

  1. Mix strawberries with soy milk.
