Cycling can be a great way to keep your thighs slim and get rid of cellulite. The effects of cycling are not only fewer inches on the girth, but also better well-being and prevention of varicose veins.

1- Cycling – the calories you’ll burn in an hour

One hour of cycling burns about 500 kcal. You probably know that in order to lose one kilo, you would have to burn 7000 kcal. This means that on average you would have to pedal for at least 14 hours.

How many calories you burn on a bike, however, depends on how hard you pedal and your body weight. If you have more to lose, it will be faster than normal weight.

However, if you enjoy cycling, you won’t feel like it’s a weight loss workout.

Cycling beautifully sculpts the bottom and slims the legs. You will burn the most fat from your thighs, calves, abdomen and hips. Plus, cycling builds endurance, so the longer you ride, the less tired you’ll feel in the long run.

2- Stationary bike – calories

A stationary bike is one of the most popular pieces of equipment in home gyms. No wonder – a regular workout on a stationary bike also gives you similar effects as a regular bike.
